Beth Lowery, Office Manager and Secretary
Beth
has been working with Emily Davis since 1997 and with Todd Steadman and
Susan Ford since they joined the lawfirm. Beth helps to meet the needs
of clients by talking to and assisting them on matters that do not need
direct attorney involvement. Beth is also responsible for office
management and for generating monthly billing statements for attorney
review.Sandy Stevens, Bookkeeper
Sandy
started her own bookkeeping business in 1985, following her employment
with one of the area’s largest accounting firms. Emily Davis’ former
law firm was one of her first clients; Emily and Sandy have worked
together continuously since then. Sandy is responsible for all routine
bookkeeping for Davis Steadman & Ford, including payroll, payroll
taxes, bank account management, and preparation of tax information for
the firm’s outside accountant. When not providing bookkeeping services,
Sandy and her husband, Gerard, operate a prize-winning maple sugar
operation known as Stevens Sugarhouse in Thetford, Vermont.
